In this book his beloved daughter gives us an insight on her journey with love,loss,addiction and motherhood. Lindiwe had a relatively happy childhood,even though she missed the physical presence of her father. She also gives interesting insights into her father's parenting skills. Her father's murder is told right from the beginning which makes for a great anti-climax. She deals with the loss of her sister Khwezi which she believes is because of drugs but that doesn't stop her into doing cocaine either. Lindiwe is brutally honest on how difficult it is being the daughter of a public figure. She uses some much needed humour to carry the reader through the heaviness of her life story. I admire her bravery for dealing with her cocaine addiction and for meeting her father's killers,Derby-Lewis and Januz Walus. ...
