It is not many times you pick up a book and it be something you have actually needed. Tebogo Thekisho also known as ProVerb is not someone who is new to our TV screens. Host of the popular musical TV show Idols, you might see him on your TV every Sunday. What I love most about this book is that ProVerb did not hold back. He also addresses the affair that his ex-wife had and their divorce. It is amazing to see his evolution from being a rapper to an entrepreneur, this book shows you that life is what you make of it. He starts by describing his upbringing, in which he was raised by two hard-working parents who were well educated. He also talks about his close bond with his grandmother, sister and half-brothers. He also regrets not taking his education seriously and not utlising the opportunities he was given by his parents. He also realises that coming from a home were his parents were seperated pushed him to want a picture perfect family which later turned into turmoil. It...
